No coffee in lobby, I had to buy a cup in rest. Newspaper was not delivered to room.

Room was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. paper was not distributed to the room. Pillow on the bed were too small. Outdated decor in rooms in need of updating.

The Hallways smelled great.

Great location, only about 3 miles from Heinz Field. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Met and exceeded my expectation.
Parking was high priced, but because it was a Saturday night to Sunday we were able to park on the street free.

The room was clean and comfortable. Slept well and had breakfast in the hotel at a reasonable price.

Friendly staff.
People in the halls in the middle of the night.

Friendly staff. No interaction with staff, except for check in and check out. People kept me awake for much of the night. Children allowed to be loud until about 3AM.

When I stay at hotels cleanliness is what I look for first. The rooms were very clean.
was disappointed that there was no jucuzzi.

Will more than likely stay here again if I am ever in the Pittsburgh area again.
