Refrigerator had to be switched out, did not work.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Refrigerator was broken and had to be changed out. The change occurred immediately. However, the refrigerator had a not so pleasant odor and my food had that bad smell to it. A child woke up screaming at 1:00 a.m. hard for me to go back to sleep. Also, a party was going on late into the night on the other side. My room was located in the middle.

Beautiful lobby and excellent location - close to great shopping and the airport.
Problems with the thermostat - we froze the first night.

This hotel had a warm southwestern decor and big open spaces in the lobby. It was beautifully decorated and had a great atmosphere. There was a coffee and dessert bar too. The rooms were very nice and clean. This is not your typical Holiday Inn Express.
