The comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff.
The pool was too cold, and we were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub.

Great hotel. Beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the free shuttle service to the train station and that they allowed us to stay parked in the garage while we were in the city.

Location and updated rooms with free wireless.
Has to run water for 15 minutes on 2 consecutive days until it became hot enough to shower.

OK but now way is it in the same class as other 3.5 stars in the area. Adamant that this hotel is at least a 1/2 star above its true grade. Stairwell to garage is still dark and has an off small. Staff- inconsistent in deliverables.

Elevators need upgrading.

Great location, right off 95, and the room we had was beautiful. We had a double room with a wide screen TV, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when we checked in - would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent.
Hot water issues with shower and pool.

Overall, I really liked the hotel and staff. I had a huge issue with hot water not being hot. Went down to the pool at night, it was too cold (not freezing, but cold), then in the morning my shower had barely lukewarm water. Luckily, my meetings were the day before, so not a huge deal. The staff was excellent, and I was told a Manager was looking at comping my room. Overall, I recommend the hotel, nice facility, great location and top staff. Other than the water, they offered me free breakfast, and I checked out the buffet, and some of the items looked pretty scary. Told them when I left "You have the hard things down pat - nice building, good location and smart staff, but you are slipping on the little things." Overall a good hotel, so please give them a chance. read more
