Good hotel for business travelers, well located in south Chicago with access to highways to points west and north.

Overall look and feel. Shower was nice and spacious.
Very unhappy that the shuttle was not available for travel to the Ampitheater.

Happy overall with the room, but the shuttle experience to a concert was very disappointing, it is only a mile away.

The restaurant Bananas was really good!
No shuttle service.

When I made the reservations, the hotel stated they had shuttle service to the concert we were attending. When we arrived at the hotel, they stated there was no shuttle service. I was thoroughly disappointed, for this was the reason, we chose this hotel. The shuttle service close to out destination.

No free breakfast or even coffee !

Classy, nice spacious rooms, convenient for our needs, lots of great restaurants near-by, no coffee in the lobby.

Affordable and accommodating for single parent with kids.

Traveled to area for outdoor concert. Staff at hotel were friendly and gave me ideas on where to take teens to eat and helpful on where to go. I will definitely stay here again.

It was clean.
Did not get the room promised.

My reservation was for 2 double beds. When we checked in they said they had no double beds and only a king and no rollaway beds. 3 of us had to fit in a king. This was very irritating.

The restaurant was nice, with a friendly staff.
After a long ride to the hotel it took forever to check in.

The room was ok, except for the musky smell in the room, front desk was extremely slow, considering there was no one else in line and we already had a reservation. Restaurant had a very friendly staff and the food was just ok.
