Comfortable beds and pillows.
Waiting to check in while there were 2 more employees to help me since one was already checking someone in.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. People were having foot races down the hallways at 3:30 am.

Hotel staff was very attentive.
Star level not as requested, difficult access to main highway.

Decent hotel, definitely not a 3 star hotel. Access back to main highway is difficult when leaving hotel.

Broken mirror in shower, broken security latch on door.

Hotel in general was pleasant. Very nice surroundings. Housekeeping was not as efficient as could be (did not refill used items everyday). Housekeeping should have told the desk about the broken mirror and security latch so they could be fixed before the room was occupied. Had to ask numerous times to get these items fixed.

My room was by the ice machine plus toilet was leaking constantly.

Upscale look for a 20+ year old hotel. I would stay there again but I would not if it was a room by an ice machine.
