This hotel is wonderful. This was my third time to stay in it and it has been great every time. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Bug in room on the morning we left.

The hotel was nice. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but everything else was fresh looking.
A roach crawled onto the night stand when we were packing out. It was not pleasant. We saw no other bugs in the room in five nights.

The rooms were nice and comfortable.
The on demand movies were not on your demand, you had to wait for a certain time.

When I checked into the hotel, it smelled musty and there were food items on the floor for several hours by the elevator. When I ordered an on demand movie the first night, I had to wait several hours before it started. When I ordered a movie the second night, the movie played on time; however it didn't have sound. Both nights when I called the desk about the movie issues, they sent security to the room the first night when it wouldn't play, then the second night they just told me they couldn't do anything about it, just try to get the morning staff to take it off your bill. read more

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped room.
Parts of the hotel need updating.

I had a great stay here. While the hotel is a few decades old and some interior halls and stairwells could use general updating, my room was very nice and roomy and clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent heat and air. I felt I got exactly what I needed in a good quality motel room. I would definitely stay here again.

It was nice, clean, comfortable and definitely cheaper than surrounding hotels.
It was kind of far from town, but I knew that when I booked it.

It was a very nice, clean place. The restaurant must have been good because a lot of local people came for the lunch buffet and the food smelled great. If you don't mind staying a little out of the way it is a great place to stay.

It was a holiday weekend we were running behind, they guarantee late arrival & put we in one with kitchen.
Would like it to had sewing kit and conditioner.

My sister and I placed a bid on a very busy holiday weekend didn't think we would get a hotel at all but was very pleased with the Holiday Inn in Shreveport, LA & the desk clerk Alton, now we do not want to stay anywhere else!
