The cute towel geese they left on the bed.
Nothing, all was awesome.

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with plenty of room. It was easy to fall asleep in the wonderful king bed in the room. The internet was fast and free too! Staff treated us like royalty, we were pampered and loved it.

They charged me for a phone call I never made.

It was good, room was OK. But the room did not have too much light, I felt it was dark even in the day light. They charged me for a phone call I never made which made me angry.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The business center was helpful.
The end of the hotel where I stayed was very long and a distance from desk , business center & pool.

I stayed there several days and found the room very nice with a comfortable bed and chair. The AC was efficient and extremely quiet. The business center was helpful and the staff helpful.

Great price for the room.
The alarm was preset to wake me up at 6:10AM.

The 1st night was great, I got to sleep till my body told me it was time to get up 11 AM (leisure travel. I hated the second night, the alarm woke me up at 6:10 on Monday and I was not able to go back to sleep. I tossed and turned and decided to check out before my intended time.

Cleanliness, location.
They missed wake up call two days in a row.

I did not get wake up call in two consecutive days. The excuse I was given was that several people were checking out at the same time so they skipped the wake up calls! However, the hotel general manager was very apologetic when I called her directly to complain.
