Very helpful staff, very friendly.
Rooms seemed drab, uninviting, not particularly four star (as was the hotel's rating).

Great staff, good restaurant, beautiful lobby. No free wifi in lobby, rooms were drab, area was not close to places I wanted to visit.

Steam room did not work for two months. No WiFi in the hotel room. Executive lounge closes early at 11.

Staff was very attentive! Very helpful. Not intimidating to approach.
Location was far from tourist spots.

Great hotel, very helpful, had every hotel expected amenity. Location was far from all our tourist spots we wanted to visit. However, cabs are fairly cheap anyway.

It was completely remodeled and the rooms looked great!
Every female in my traveling party got locked in the bathrooms accidentally.

I found this hotel to be very comfortable and quiet. The staff in the lounge and health club were very kind. I always go back to this hotel for work and vacation it is always a great experience.

Nice location, great lobby and reception area.
Some rooms only meet 2 1/2 star to 3 star standard.

Disappointing. First trip here with Priceline was great, as they apparently upgraded me to a new room. On that basis I extended my trip. This trip they gave me a standard (and quite mediocre) room. It was not a four star experience.

The buffet dinner each evening was very nice.

I traveled with my wife and 7 children, and we had a wonderful time at this hotel. Centrally located. Staff took care of us and was responsive to our requests. Short walk or taxi ride to China town and the river tours.

Conceirge staff was exremely helpful. Accommodations were comfortable.
Location was ok, not great as it was a little noisy.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, much nicer than the Holiday Inn's in the states. Well apointed lobby, very friendly staff and good (but spicy) restaurants.
