I liked the location. Close to lot of restaurants.
We were upstairs with a toddler no elevator.. and the breakfast is not complimentary.

I thought this hotel was nice. It was too cold for us to swim, so that was a bummer. It was not uper fancy, though. For the price, I felt that the breakfast should have been included..at least fruit and toast or something.

Relaxing, comfy, better than what we expected.
The tub could of been cleaner, but thats about it.

We really liked staying here. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a non smoking room. And I thought we might have a problem with smelling smoke anyway, but we didnt. My kids swam in the pool which they loved. The baby pool just needed a little cleaning, it had quite a few bugs in. But over all we had a good experience here.

The people at the front desk and the worker who let us swim for 20 minutes after pool was closed.
The room smelled, the lounge service was sub-par.

We only stayed 1 night and really can't give a true and whole account of our stay. We arrived around 8:30 pm and left around 7:00 am the next morning. The accommodations were OK but the room smell like a cat. The service at the bar in the lounge was terrible, the drinks were fine, when they were made correctly. The only positive part of our visit was the simplicity of having booked the room and the people who we spoke with at the front desk. They also were kind of us to let us swim past the closing of the pool even though the water was chilly. read more

Convenient.
Breakfast cost extra. Property seems long in the tooth, needs a refresh. Not on main road & no sign.

It's a dated Holiday Inn, rooms & hallways are dark. I was initially put in a smoking room (I thought the receptionist said non-smoking, but I guess I heard her wrong), and that entire wing smells. They moved me though, so I can't really complain. The property is on a side street, and the main road doesn't have a sign anywhere that says Holiday Inn (there's a logo only sign I only noticed the next day), so to get into the property, you have to go down what looks like an alley next to a gas station. Then, there's no entrance sign into their parking lot. I gave it two stars, but only just barely - it needs a makeover with a brighter atmosphere. read more

Free WiFi in room, right off turnpike and
clean.
No complimentary breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby.

It was fine for the purpose.

The room does not have thermostat.

Staff was friendly. Restaurant was good. Room does not have thermostat, we either got too cold or too warm with a loud AC. Gym was dirty and was not plugged in (I have to ask for it). No elevator (3 stores). It was snow, sidewalk was very icy, no treatment.

Nothing stood out.
Not really noteworthy.

We were there only one night. It was plain and nothing particular to complain about. Little provisions in the room, nothing out of the way as far as exceptional and noteworthy.

It can be a little scary to pick a 2 star but this one is a good.

Right off of the freeway.
Older style and not very much for entertainment.

Hotel was clean. Not on the higher end class of Holiday Inns. I would not recommend for families especially with all the great hotels out there with kids activities. You won't find that here, actually there is not very much in Somerset anyway.
