We were very happy here! The shuttle bus took us anywhere we needed to go and picked us up, so we never had to worry about driving anywhere. The neighborhood is not bad at all, just old and residential. It was great for us because it was centrally located between the Boston museum of Science and Cambridge (less than 2 miles from each). The pool is beautiful and WARM!

Clean, 3 star, convenient, pleasant staff, and well appointed.
Noisy neighbors, only had one computer at business center, which was always busy.

Overall pleasant and a good buy for the money, very convenient, free parking, large, clean rooms. Good staff.

Poor response to my needs from the front desk.

My wake-up call didn't happen. My cab came 45 minutes late. The fridge whined all night. The heater was faulty and annoying. The hair-dryer broke in mid-styling. Housekeeping did not do a good job, leaving me without tissue and water glasses.

Good hotel choice especially for the price. Easy to get Downtown Boston via hotel shuttle, cab or subway.

The overall set-up of the hotel.
Funny smell upon entering the room.

I would definitely stay here again. The quality of the hotel does not match the area its located in.

The room and public spaces were clean and attractive. The staff was very accommodating when we requested a particular bed type.
It is not in a nice area to walk around.

We really liked our stay and would stay again. My family was visiting friends nearby. The hotel is in an industrial area, which was its one drawback, but it was very nice, the staff was most accommodating and I would definitely stay there again. We were driving and used our room as a place to wind down and sleep after we did other things in the city. A great value.
