Holiday Inn Somerville

We were very happy here! The shuttle bus took us anywhere we needed to go and picked us up, so we never had to worry about driving anywhere. The neighborhood is not bad at all, just old and residential. It was great for us because it was centrally located between the Boston museum of Science and Cambridge (less than 2 miles from each). The pool is beautiful and WARM!

Clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The pool was great. Overall very family friendly.

Room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable and it was close to Fenway Park!

This would has been a good hotel if they take away the smoking rooms. Hotel staffs was friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located next to Cambridge and Boston.

Smoke room and one bed is the only choice.

Adequate. Carpet in room dirty. Service in restaurant not good. Nice pool and amenities.

Hotel was very clean, all employees appear to be very friendly. Close to metro to Boston. I would return and stay there again.

The staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean and rooms were very nice. The pool was great. The free shuttle service into Boston was so convenient. We parked at the hotel and for two days never had to drive anywhere. The down side is that there is a night club attached to the hotel. If you are staying with small children you might be advised to either go somewhere else or make sure they put you on the other side of the night club. We were right on top of the night club and had a 3 year old. We had to listen to thumping music until 2 AM coming through our walls. read more

The restaurant was nice, but I would have preferred the typical Holiday Inn complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious and nice. The hotel was conveniently located to the T Stop. There is a shuttle to take you to the T stop. My driver was very kind and took me all the way to where I needed to go so my baby and I didn't have to be out in the cold. He was very accommodating. Plenty of restaurants in the area, just ask. Target very close too. read more

Although only a smoking room was available thee staff offered to switch rooms for mee for the second and third night. Very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel has a nightclub. On Saturday night there was a large even there and the parking lot was full lines out the club door and no parking for hotel guests. Drove around the lot for 10 minutes with young children in the car. Front desk and security would/could do nothing. There was a huge mess left in the lot the nexr day. Other than that the stay was fine. read more
