The parking was great because of its convenience. Breakfast was more than we expected. Rooms were large and comfortable.
Since I was traveling through, it was not right on I-80.

Not much more to say.

The pool was warm the room were large nice view.
Staff was terrible. Unpleasant. There was no uniform with some.

The phone did not work properly. After calling the front desk several times for repair etc. I gave up. The washroom was barely clean. Not a pleasant place is this regard.

The room was amazing, two walls of windows.

We stayed on the 14th floor, corner room. Two walls of windows. The view was awesome! We could see the golden dome of Notre Dame University along with Touchdown Jesus. The staff both AM and PM couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Plenty to do within a five minute walk. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean. The bed and linens were very comfortable. I hopefully will stay at this hotel again. read more

The parking.

Parking was not secure, and the whole time I felt like my car was going to get broke into. The business center had one Computer, that would not do what I needed it to do...which was simply giving me mapquest directions.

The employees were friendly, and the bar/restaurant area was very nice
This hotel could be a 2.5 to 3 star with some renovation. The parking garage is very old and spooky.

Nice restaurants within walking distance, good area if you are touring South Bend. A bit far off the interstate if you are passing through.

I spent more to stay in my hometown than
I would have to if
I drove an hour and a half away. This room was way overpriced! The quality of the room and its furnishings were in total disrepair.
