The bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom were very nice.
Needed better directions to a gas station to fill rental car.

We stayed at this hotel for the proximity to the Spokane Airport. We returned our rental car the night before we flew and hotel staff were very nice to pick us up at the airport and bring us back to the hotel. In the morning, they took us back to the airport for our flight.

Lounge closed early; was small and noisy

We would enjoy this hotel again but at a lower rating. The staff was accommodating and gave us a "free drink" coupon because we held a priority card for this hotel chain. However, we were disappointed in the lounge: it closed at 11pm, was very small and not cozy or private. We couldn't get anything to eat. The waitress/drink mixer was good.

I liked being able to request a crib for the room and pet friendly. The pool area was great & restaurant good and convenient.

Convenient location minutes from both airport and downtown. The room was clean and cribs were available upon request. Room service was quick and the food was decent.

We stayed in Spokane at Airway Heights at the Holiday Inn because it was close to relatives. It was pretty close to the Quest Casino also, which turned out to be very nice. Good staff, nice place.

Nothing.

A very quiet location set back a ways from the road. Nicely landscaped, providing a rural feeling. Ample parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and large room. Free internet. What more could you want?
