Inconvenient to get to from Highway 22 W. Also inconveneint gong in other direction to get to Westfield.

Very ordinary in most ways. Not visually attractive. My room was small and had a stale smell. Common area was small.

Location and parking space.
For the cost it was not up to standard, needs upgrading in everything, smell not pleasant.

As mentioned above hotel needs to be upgraded if continuing to charge the rates applicable, from bathroom, beds, carpet, pictures etc.

This hotel was a perfect location for what I needed it for, but don't expect any fancy frills.

Difficult location to find. Showers are not three star quality.

Surrounding area of hotel was not very scenic and was very congested with traffic. Area behind hotel on Mountain Avenue was nice but only found by luck. The staff was friendly and cooperative. For the business traveler the hotel is probably ok.
