Clean, comfortable, free wireless access and close to my business meetings.
The structure of shower was not my favorite.

Excellent for business travel as it was located convenient to all major businesses and the train station. Was clean and well equipped to conduct work in room. The staff was both professional and polite always looking for ways to improve your stay.

Undeclared $10/night charge for parking.

Nice hotel, many rooms updated. But still a basic Holiday Inn - not at all comparable to the other 3.5 star hotels.

Has a good "efficient" feel, well located and can walk anywhere.
Windows don't open even a crack -
I like air.

Good, well intended staff. New facilities. Well located - can walk to any restaurant and/or bar. Accommodating shuttle drivers that respond well to requests, unlike the DoubleTree in Norwalk.

This hotel should not be a 3.5 star hotel. It is not on par to the other 3.5 hotels in the area.

Treated me as if I paid full price.
Perfect, stem to stern, very nice people too.

Holiday Inn downtown tries very hard to be a first class hotel with pleasant people in all staff positions, especially maids and other service people. Front desk people fine, but a little nervous (not a problem). Manager of front area very pleasant and I wish I had seen his name to suggest he was a model employee. He may have been a front line person who assumed a nice positive attitude. read more

Perfect Location in downtown Stamford. You can walk everywhere.

Great Location. You can walk to this hotel in about 110 minutes from the train station.The rooms are very modern with Plasma TV'sNice Bathroom, mine had a granite showerLobby has a great looking bar and restaurant.Parking is $10 but that is cheap in Stamford.Internet is free
