Hotel was very modern and spacious.
The breakfast staff was very confused and rude.

This hotel was in an excellent location and was very modern and spacious. The staff was very friendly. We were not sure if the restaurant was separately owned from the holiday inn as they were very confused and rude. This was very surprising based on all other aspects of the hotel.

The Lobby was fantastic.
The carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor had dust lint on it.

Friendly staff and good location.
This is not a 3.5star hotel .

Not a 3.5 star hotel, beds are hard, everything from the tissue paper to soap is cheap. But the hotel staff is very friendly, but for the price on this site compared to nicer hotels for cheaper, I do not prefer it.

Lobby, up to date room, the bar, kids eat free.
Tub was clogged.

As you walk into the lobby, it was very nice, even the lobby bathroom. The bar area was very upscale, staff very friendly, greet you with a smile. Love the design in the room, the bed was not so comfortable. Restaurant food was great, and kids ate free, (I had 4), so that was good, under 12 years old. The staff was friendly, very attentive to the kids. Wish the pool area was decorated better and bigger. read more

Bed and bedding, towels and
room size.
Worst paper products (tissues, toilet paper) I've ever had in a hotel.

Staff is very friendly, lobby etc very spacious and attractive, our 2 rooms were quite large. Coffee setup in room is surprisingly very good. Heating system is horribly noisy.

Renovations were amazing, service spectacular.
Elevators has not been updated as of yet.

Food was great as well as room service, the staff was friendly even the cleaning personnel. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown and the Mall is even closer. The serenity of the water falls within the lobby are astonishing.
