The outside patio was a nice touch and beds were comfortable.
Workout room was not well thought out and bathroom needed some attention (hole in wall, etc.)

The price was good and room fairly comfortable. There was very little staff available. The bar/club was in too small a space and the entertainment sub par. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was very friendly.
Housekeeping lacked taking care of room and bedding.

I was greeted very friendly at the front desk. Upon entering my room, it was quite dark. Two light bulbs were missing. Hotel took care of that right away (something that I shouldn't have had to deal with). Shortly after, I turned the sheets down to find a tick in my bed. Within 1/2 hr I asked for a room change and was moved. I did not sleep all night with the noise of the air conditioner kicking in and not to mention finding a tick in the bed earlier. Nothing was done for me except I heard I'm sorry from housekeeping. The front desk person, almost sounded annoyed when I called down to have my room changed. I am in the process of contacting management. read more

It was quiet. You didn't hear people going up and down the hall at all hours.
Well the pool wasn't ready that was a bummer! And the key cards seemed to expire at midnight everyday.

You couldn't hear people in the halls or in joining rooms--that's a plus! But the pool wasn't ready and your key cards seemed to expire everyday at midnight so you had to keep getting them activated.

Wonderful service, friendly staff and super clean!
I had to get my door pass key reset after the 1st day. Annoying when tired.

We have stayed at this hotel before and I requested the same room and they were more than happy to oblige. The room was clean and comfortable. The only draw back was after a long day out the second day we stayed I had to get my door key reset.(Locked Out) I paid for 3 nights and when your tired it is very annoying. But they were very apologetic and reset the key. I should have made sure the key was originally set for the 3 day/night stay. read more

No elevator.

Clean, newish (not worn out), easy to find, large rooms. Staff did not bother you if you had the do not disturb sign out! Room service reasonably priced.

The hotel is very attractive and would have made a great first impression, but we were a bit put off when we arrived and the action in the hotel bar was spreading into the lobby. Not the most family-friendly welcome. Our room was great and the staff was very helpful in bringing us the portable crib and other amenities (toothpaste we forgot, etc.) We wished that there was a free continental breakfast or a more affordable breakfast option than the $9 breakfast buffet, but all in all, it was a fine stay. read more

The lack of a continental breakfast.

The hotel was updating its facilities but it was doing so in a manner that did not affect their guests. Very clean rooms.

Just off the highway, but quiet. Beautiful pool.
Restaurant closed early( 9 PM)

We were very pleasantly surprised. This motel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff was very pleasant.

The staff was most accomodating and helpful.

The hotel was convenient clean and accomodating. We had special needs and the hotel made sure we were taken care of.
