The lobby was cozy and the area was remote and safe.
This hotel was a dump- old and in need of a renovation.

This is not your typical holiday inn,this hotel is old and in dire need of a industrial cleaning and redecorating. The rooms stunk of mildew,you could see where they have patched and re patched the ceilings and walls, the shower burnt you one minute and froze you the next, the pool was ice cold and the whirlpool did not work. Called front desk on phone in the pool area and she never picked up yet I could see her - hate to think that there might have been an emergency. No assistance was offered to any guests with luggage or finding your room. read more

Front desk staff was very friendly.
Hotel needs an upgrade.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel is in need of an update. Carpet looks very worn throughout hotel and hallways are rather dim. However, rooms did appear to be clean.

It's close to highway 87 & 287 however, it becomes the burden of safety issues around hotel.
The supervisor was not updated with incoming customers.

The hotel was less than what I have expected. The floor that we stayed, the hall ceiling panels were misplaced and exposed of wires. The room that we assigned as non-smoking room has a bad smell.

Great location, beautiful indoor pool , friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location. About an hour away from manhattan and 20 minutes away from Woodbury common premium outlets. Very easy to find and an overall great experience.

Lovely room, and restaurant (breakfast) staff was
very helpful and friendly.
Nothing.

Delighted that appearance (recently refurbished?), staff, and cleanliness of hotel were above expectations. Location was very convenient and easy to find. Pleasantly satisfied with experience, and hope to stay here again.

The location.
Absolutely not soundproof.

There was a dead centipede on the wall. There was a crowd of rowdy kids who were still yelling at 3 A.M. The alarm clock went off next door at 6 A. M. and was still beeping when we checked out three hours later. On the whole a miserable experience.

Staff seemed friendly.
Room was hot and filthy feeling.

Would never stay here again. Found the staff friendly, however, the room was so hot we slept with the window open all night and the non existent air conditioning on. The walls had been splash painted to cover up the flaws and filth and made it look like there were cob webs all over it and we expected to see bugs crawling all over us at any minute. This hotel needs some serious updating! read more

Location.
Hotel rooms are in desperate need of renovation.

Ive stayed at this hotel over the past 25 years and the maintenance and up-keep has gone steadily downhill.
