The staff always went out of their way to help, I was very impressed!
We were a family of 4 and the room was small, from our booking we thought the room'd been bigger.

This was on of the best experiences I have had at a hotel! The staff was very helpful, I was so impressed with how friendly and accommodating they all were. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for our family and we ate their every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better location! We loved the entire trip and the hotel. When I initially booked the room it wasn't a Holiday Inn Express. The place was nice, worked, but we were very cramped, we were under the impression we were going to have more room. Other than that the view and cleanliness of our room was great! read more

Pool had issues

Hotel was newly renovated and all rooms updated. Very nicely done and not a floral comforter anywhere! Rooms and bathroom where roomy and beds were average in comfort (very firm). Sheets where soft not scratchy. View from all rooms are oceanfront and balcony is what you would expect(1-2 chairs on each for sitting). Pool and hot tub was small. Pool had slight green color and strong clorine odor. Alot of sand on bottom but you have to expect that from an oceanfront hotel. Free breakfast was awesome. Both hot/cold items served(biscuits, sausage gravy, bacon, cereal, toast, bagels,cinnamon rolls, muffins,juice/milk/coffee/tea. Staff was constantly restocking the buffet. read more

The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly. Very convenient to the beach and shopping several restaurants within a short walk.
They only had an indoor pool which was filled with sand and very small. The hot tub was adacent to the pool and filled with kids

The Hotel was reasonalbly priced and offered great amenities. The fitness center and business center came in very handy. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. The pool was very small and filled with sand other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, nice views.
The pool is very dirty and poorly ventilated, strong chlorine smell.

Everything is good except for the indoor pool. Breakfast is very nice unless you are late (not much left), and the trolleys for luggages are kept inappropriately by hotel guests in their room! This was a major turn-off for us.

Some remodeling still going on, little parking.

Very nice hotel. Remodeling was not too bad to deal with except very little parking. Ocean view was great, beds very comfortable, shower nice and clean as was the carpet. Will definitely stay here again when I come in August.

It was in a great location and the price was affordable to our blue collar working family.
Missed the fact that there wasn't a microwave in our room.

The hotel was clean and newly renovated. The indoor pool was a bit small and the hottub was in constant use by children so we didn't get to enjoy it. Missed having an outdoor pool to lounge by. Overall, the hotel room was pleasant, the view from the balcony was great, and we had a good stay. We would definitely stay here again.
