Very friendly at the hotel desk.
Air vents were VERY dirty. Make you wonder about the air you were breathing.

Greatly enjoyed the pool and spa area. Very friendly staff. Only negative was as stated the dirty vents in room and bathroom.

Children were in hot tub, running and jumping in and out of hot tub and pool. Games didn't work.

The room impeccable, quality staff, all.
Looked great/ impeccable, but halls and room were way too strong-smelling of "cleaning supplies". Thus lower rating. Almost needed inhaler.

Anyone with asthma or sensitivity to chemicals would have significant problems here. Otherwise, it was sheer joy and luxury in all other aspects. thanks so much.

I enjoyed the large bed and the large, massaging shower head.
I did not enjoy the small counter space in the bathroom.

I would gladly stay here again. The staff was very helpful, it was clean, and it was quiet. I was traveling alone and didn't feel unsafe in the slightest.
