The staff was friendly and appeared to be clean.
The restaurant did not seem to offer too many choices.

This hotel was fine for the value. Loved the shampoo and lotion from Bath and Body works.

Very friendly front desk clerks, Nice beds.
Wall to thin we could hear way to much going on in the other rooms.

Over all this is a good hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Beds were comfy. I would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. My kids had the pool all to themselves.
The store inside the hotel was over priced.

The hotel was close to major highways and had nice shady parking.
The room itself was not 3-star that I have experienced in other 3-stars.

The room was smaller than other 3-star hotels I have experienced. The bathroom was odd in that there was no exhaust fan to eradicate shower steam, plus the counters were very low. Also the bathroom door was located so that if it was open it blocked access to the room exit door. The hotel restaurant was very pricey so don't bother to eat there if you are on a tight budget. However there are plenty of restaurants close by and there is easy access to almost anything in the area, including beaches. read more

It looks nice overall, elegant lobby, plenty of parking, nice view, Internet had a good connection.
Elevators got stuck, washers and dryers are old, TV was smaller than our last holiday in room, hallway carpet was dirty, food was expensive.

I liked it, it was comfortable, served it's purpose a nice place to sleep and shower for work, I liked the fact that they have little notices about saving electricity and water in the bathroom. My husband however spent more time at the hotel and was unsatisfied with a couple of things like the elevators, service, washer and dryer were old, says food wasn't so great and it was expensive, and there was not that many things close by. read more

My preferred hotel to stay in eliminating travel to residence which is 90 away in Temecula, CA.
None.

Excellent and comfort accommodations! Ginger Cafe has 3 Big Screen HDTV's and very good food, especially Salad selection.
