The walls were thin. We could hear the conversations taking place next door.

I
like the location in regards to the downtown.
Thin wall, loud alarm clocks.

Good place to stay in TC.

4 pillows per bed.
People drinking outside of rooms and bar.

The beds were comfortable and they offered a wide variety of pillows. They had this wonderful mint soap. I liked most things about the hotel, except people were drinking outside of their rooms and the night club. I thought that was very inapprpriate.

Not much!
It was not clean, modern, quiet, updated, friendly.

It was a three star hotel, only to find it dirty, unkempt, outdated furnishings (the lobby was nice, but we didn't spend
any time there!) dirty and unswept hallway/elevator carpets, loud patrons (up at 3 a.m in the hallways) very thin walls, which allowed us to hear our neighbors conversations with clarity, no breakfast in the a.m.
And an unfriendly staff which responded when they were told we were not happy with our stay.
I have stayed in numerous hotels in Traverse City, MI, which you consider 2 - 2 1/2 stars and they were
much nicer!

Bay location
Bay location not taken advantage. Just a parking lot adjacent.

Felt old, like a 70's Holiday Inn. Also, felt shabby. Lounge area felt like a frat party.

Location and view.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Every room has a view of the bay, which is great. Pool area was clean.
