Excellent maintenance and housekeeping.
Older property, bathrooms and public spaces were small.

Pleasant and efficient, a good choice for a business stay. Quiet location in residential setting with convenient access to expressway. Nearby shopping and dining.

The cleanliness, staff attitude and the quietness.
The heater in the room was too noisy.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean, quiet and great location. The staff were friendly. It was a pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and let me have a late check in.
The location was not ideal, but was easy to get to.

I wasn't able to make it to the hotel until very late, but the friendly staff still allowed me to check in with no extra charge. There was a fold out couch (which I had called ahead for) with the blanket, sheets, and pillow ready for us upon arrival. My boyfriend also said that the shower head was the best he had ever showered with and that we needed to get for our bathroom when we got back home. :). The hotel was very clean. read more

The room was good and very clean. Carpeting was new. Really liked my room.

good. Food in the restaurant was not very good.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were remodeled and well kept and very clean. The staff was friendly.
