Did not like the person at the check-in, not smiley, very poor attitude. But the rest of staff very accommodating and oriented to serve.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel has been updated and is in a great location - within walking distance of many restaurants and other hotels. Very comfortable for a single person or a family safety-wise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff very accommodating.

Great! Just wish they served complimentary continental breakfast!

The hotel staff was friendly, despite our 2am arrival. The room we were given -- which was supposed to be non-smoking -- reeked of smoke. The front desk staff quickly resolved this problem for us.

Beautiful hotel, great location, gorgeous indoor pool, and a nice enough restaurant. On the downside, although spacious, the room had a few flaws - a small hole in the wall, a bathroom with stained tile. Most disappointing though, was the long wait for a crib. We called the night before our arrival to request the crib, mentioned it at check-in at 5pm, and when we came back to the hotel at 9:30pm there was still no crib in our room, but there was a tired, fussy baby in our room! I arrived fairly late- after 1:00 am. The desk attendant was not trained to check me in & a colleague eventually arrived to do so. The room was OK but the bed was not comfortable. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience in the restaurant as I arrived just after 12:00 pm & inquired about breakfast. I overheard the hostess use an explicative as she walked into the kitchen to describe me in inquiring with the cook- I was pretty shocked. read more

Great place, use this hotel whenever possible while traveling on business in this area. Decent food, good prices in restaurant and room service. I ended up staying a couple extra days and then came back here on my travels home. Always a good choice.
