Hospitality was good.

A computer system of this hotel had a trouble when I checked in late night. A representative worked hard to fix it though it took more than 30 min. I could not checked in for while, but the attitude shooting trouble was so good, and he took care of me. It was unfortunate trouble but his recovery was good.
