Front desk was helpful when we had a problem.
Room assigned had not been cleaned.

We arrived at a late hour 10:30 PM and received our key card and room assignment. When we opened the door SURPRISE! our room had not been cleaned from previous occupants. We closed the door and went back to the hotel desk where the clerk was flabbergasted by what we told her. She was very nice about the whole thing and gave us an upgraded room at no extra cost.
