Room furniture, bathroom, and decor.
For a 3 star hotel, this did not meet my expectations. I feel uncomfortable trusting for future hotels. This hotel need to be completely refurbished and upgraded if it is to remain a 3 star facility.

Bed linens.
Overwhelming chlorine stench.
Customers should demand to stay on the first floor or in an outside room AWAY from the pool. The pool was right below our room (atrium) and it was a bit hard to breathe--the chlorine stench ostensibly from the pool below made one worry about some kind of permanant lung or other damage.

Bed bugs, mattress worn out, pad smaller than bed, stained carpet.
Never stay here. I have photos of the bugs in the bed, and the way too small mattress pad.

Lock the rooms up after cleaning 1 time left un-locked.

As a traveler, I like the full service bar and ability to get prepared food there.
I've stayed at this hotel before and can tell the quality of the rooms is deteriorating. May not stay there if hotel continues to decline.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms are getting worn. Buffet breakfast lacks selection.

The lobby.
Too dark and hard to navigate the hotel if you don't know where the elevators are.
The water in the swimming pool looked murky, the hotel smelled of chlorine which is not unusual as it was part of a water park. Lots of kids but the hotel was poorly remodeled and very dark.
