The Steak was good.
The pool heater was not working. The hot tub jets did not work on one side and it looked dirty. There were no screens in the main hall windows, etc.

We could not use the one amenity in this hotel available, the pool. The Steak was good at the restaurant, but the vegetables were soggy and looked old. There was no continental breakfast. The coffee bar was bare minimum quality. The room smelled very badly. There were no screens in the main hall windows. The toilet in the main bathroom was very loose and wobbled. This hotel was not even close to being worth the price paid. read more

I liked the flat screen TV.
Overall satisfaction but away from town centre.

Room was clean and functional with updated rooms. No elevator to second floor and is adjacent to the highway.

Good location to visit Grand Canyon.
Next to the freeway, even if you don't hear it. Therefore, a little distance from town.

Correct for the price we paid, although we had to pay extra for breakfast, which was in the restaurant located in the hotel, and was of poor quality.

Could not hear noise from adjoining rooms. Could not hear water running from adjoining room or in the room.
Indoor hallways were hot. Was to be a non smoking but a guest train smoker was on the same floor.

The room was all newly painted with new beds and pillows, very comfortable to sleep. Very low noise when the A/C ran, could sleep just fine with it running. Indoor hallways could have been cooler too warm which brought out the smoking train guest on our floor. It was difficult to get your luggage up to the second floor since there were no elevators. Would stay again and would recommend to a friend. read more

nothing
front desk seemed to ignore requests for anything

The workers ignored my request to fix toilet until second day there. We had to use the restroom by the swimming pool. We left a nice tip for housekeeping the first night. We asked for a small bottle of shampoo. The money was gone but no shampoo. Could the housekeeper speak English? Maybe not. Each time I went to the front desk, I had to stand there for ever befor I was asked what I wanted. Very unfriendly front desk. Once I contacted the maintainence man myself about the toilet, he got his tools and fixed it immediately. Good job. I will never stay at this hotel again. read more

Restaurant too expensive, not as close to canyon as advertise.

Very friendly staff, would've liked to have fridge and microwave in room.
