The location was great.
No pull out couch.

The hotel was convenient, it had a simple layout, easy to find restaurant, pool, exercise room. We will stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay, convenient for shopping or dining at York dale Mall. Very close to CCNM and North York hospital.

No surprises.

The hotel was as expected. My problem is the fact that I had to spend on taxis to and from the wedding as I was given a hotel outside of the Vaughn region. Horrible experience.

Too far out of town, locked parking lot.

Fire alarm was set off at 12:30 am, stood in the parking lot for an hour, then they couldn't get the alarm off, then my key wouldn't work. Had to walk up/down nine flights of stars twice. I was not happy.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location for shopping. Kids loved it too.
