Comfortable and someone is at the desk 24 hours as we were arriving late.
There is not a complimentary breakfast and the breakfast provided by the restaurant is quite expensive.

Exit on off the turnpike is one you can not re-enter west bound.

The room was clean and had lots of hot water.
Both queen beds sagged in the middle.

Reasonable value for the money. I'm sure if I had requested another room, it would have been changed, but not sure that the bed would have been any different. Overall a nice place to stop for a night.

The pool/hot tub hours were incredible...5:30-11.
My room didn't have all of the correct amenities...sugar, creamer, washcloths.

My family and I stayed in a queen w/sofa sleeper and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive to my requests. I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler.

The bed was amazing.
When I checked in, the woman working wasn't so nice.

Overall, it was great, but the people working the front desk could be a little friendlier, one particular.
