The historical David Hockney pool and the Tropicana Bar are reopened. The popular Tropicana Bar is often the "see and be-seen" hot spot for the industry's "A-list" crowd. Access to Tropicana Bar is guaranteed when checking into a Cabana Room (bar is closed on Sundays). In addition to the newly opened signature chophouse restaurant Dakota and lobby Library Bar, the doors to 25 Degrees Burger Bar is set to unlock soon. Hotel bar was nice.
My room - backed onto elevator very noisy.

Hotel was OK - not exactly four star but I didn't expect much more for the price I paid in LA. Room was right behind the elevator which I had the pleasure of hearing all night. Would probably have returned to the hotel if they had given me a better room for my first visit. As it is, not in a hurry to go back.

Great place to stay, still don't understand their valet parking service which was slow and disorganized. I could see my car from the valet yet could not get to it myself.

Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms.
The carpets were stained.

I enjoyed this hotel very much and suited us well for our needs. Staff was friendly, and the rooms were beautiful except for slightly stained carpets. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed.

The staff was so nice and a tentative. The public areas was awesome and the bars too
OK we could hear the music from the Library Bar in our room on the 5th floor. But the music was good.

I loved the hotel, The staff, the Tropicana and the Library bar. I am a huge burger fan I wish I had time to eat at 25 degrees. The valet and the hotel staff was the best I have ever experienced. They brought everything to a new level. I really liked the Jon Bon Jovi look alike at the Sunday valet. The rooms are small but clean and up to date. Most of the guest at Roosevelt are way too cool for me but they are fun to look at. read more

The bed was wonderful.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The only downside was that I didn't have more time to enjoy the stay.
