Comfortable beds and pillow and good breakfast.
Not enough parking spaces.
Pretty much its a good hotel for its size and staff was friendly and not mad when we locked our hotel key in room a couple of times. Features a nice breakfast and pool though it was too cold to use.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
I thought this was a very good place to stay for the price. The room was clean and had all of the necessities. Check-in and check-out were quick and problem free. The location is convenient for Hollywood and downtown LA but a little far away from the west side of town during rush hour.

Nothing.
I beside bed, cigarette holes in comforter, no parking, bad location.
I would never stay at this hotel again. It is not even a hotel, it is a motel! Very bad location. No parking had to walk from dark empty parking lot next door. Safe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overflow parking was very dark after hours and looked seedy.
When I realized I was going to arrive after midnight I called ahead, the staff member I spoke with was very friendly and assured me of my reserved room. Our stay was for 5 days and at one point I asked a young clerk to store my notebook; at first he seamed to have some trouble with the notion but finally agreed. Other than that we had a nice quite stay and they were accommodating the whole time. As stated by another reviewer there was about an inch and an eighth gap below our entry door and the wallpaper in the bathroom was bubbling up and starting to peal but the sheets and basins were clean and everything worked. The stay was at the end of July so the working AC was welcome. No bug problems or strange smells noted. We did have to use the overflow parking next door a couple of times which I think/hope is on their surveillance cameras as it looks seedy and is very dark after hours. For the price I would recommend to friends and family. read more

It is close to the Metro.
The hammering on the wall at 8:00 a.m. that didn't stop until I called the front desk.
This hotel was fine for being a Travelodge. The room was clean. The TV was a little hard to work, but we hardly used it anyway. The location was great for us due to needing the Metro to get to Universal City. (The Sunset/Vermont station is 1/2 block away!) I would recommend asking for a room off the street. There is a lot of traffic 24/7 due to the bus lines and hospitals. The only two things I had trouble with were the lack of parking, since they ran out of spots due to being full and some guy hammering away at 8:00 am. I thought it would have stopped after a minute or two but it was still going when I got out of the shower. It did finally stop once I called the front desk but a terrible way to wake up your last day of a vacation. read more

Easy to find using map available.
Pool was not heated.
It was O.K., clean, typical motel room for the price. People at the desk were helpful and friendly.
