Another guest was given keys to our room. Staff tried to enter room to confirm our stay rather than calling our room.

The staff gave our room to another guest while we were still there. Both the front desk and cleaning staff tried to enter the room after 10 pm and before 8 am.

Convenient location although the rooms and the amenities within them (the bed in particular) were shabby.

The maids.

Well to start with the lady gave us the wrong room. Not really her fault because no one updated the computer when they moved a guest. Funny for us, but I'm sure it scared whoever was in that room when we keyed our way in at 11pm. Place needs a lot of work and maids that do work. The only reason we stayed is because it was for under 7 hours and we were both carrying weapons. Really. All and all though it was a fun stay. Mind you- NO SHAMPOO in rooms. read more

Everything, didn't even stay after seeing how the room was.

The bathroom was outdated and dirty looking. I didn't stay one night after checking in and seeing what I was provided and was disgusted.
