They had an ozone machine available to put in the non-smoking room to clean the air after I arrived
They did not clean the air in the room before I arrived. And, the front door lock was broken.
This chain is like a Motel 6. Sometimes you can't avoid it.

Location.
Glass in the parking lot - needs never addressed.
I had 2 things on my mind when I arrived: getting a quick shower and downloading something from the internet for a 6:00 pm meeting presentation. I was counting on your in room WiFi which on this occasion did not work in my room 144 - the signal was so weak my computer kept dropping the connection. I called the front desk to ask if there was a way to boost the signal, no help except the phone number to talk to some computer support person. read more

Equipped with kitchenette; No bugs.
Floors and carpet were nasty!
I don't think I will stay at this hotel again because the room was just nasty! I have small children who like to walk around barefoot and if you could only have seen their feet. Just nasty! Kitchen was clean. No bugs. Bathroom was clean expert floor was filthy! I don't think they scrub the floors or shampoo the carpets. If you like things clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel was located in the business section of Memphis and I felt very safe there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The hotel was in a very secluded location. I was very upset that the hotel shuttle only ran during normal business hours. I had to pay $15 to get to the airport. When I arrived to check in, I was told there was no room available for me. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told that I would have to take a smoking room. The pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases. There were no face towels in the room. I called the front desk and was told these items were not available. There was no soap available for washing your hands. The hotel was horrible. read more

Felt safe in the area.
Fee for internet use.
Although still an okay building, it is starting to show its age and the rooms need to be updated.

Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
I was treated very rudely and would not stay at that hotel. I was very disappointed in it.
