Staff very friendly and helpful.
Phone was out of service. Wireless was out of service. Room was damp.
AC was loud. Shower was mildewed.

Usually you get what you pay for, but in this case I didn't even get a working telephone or working wireless.

Located in a quiet area, was very clean, had kitchenette.
Small room, was romantic but not family friendly,difficulty parking in front of room, limited food in walking distance.

Set on a quiet street across from corporate offices of Carnival Cruise Lines. Was very clean but parking in front of the room was difficult due to small lot. Room was small so I would not say good for more than 2 persons.

Convenient, clean, but has wear and tear that could be fixed up. The WiFi should be made a part of the stay rather than an extra and should be consistent.

Did not acommodate requests at all.

I called earlier to request a crib for my baby and the girl at the front desk did not speak English and had no idea what I was requesting she had someone call me to fill the request, then I asked for non smoking and they still gave a smokers room. Did not like the hotel or service at all!

I liked the space in the extended stay, over the standard room.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

I recommend this hotel for anybody staying in the Miami area.

Economy, met my expectations, friendly and helpfull employees, very clean hotel.
The room was just a Little small and the bathroom was clogged.

Very accessible to any place include the airport.

The day staff was accommodating, however the night shift person was not!
The night shift person barely spoke English and was not accommodating.

The hotel was clean. The worse night of sleep ever in a too small bed with children and a spouse. The bathroom cabinet needed to be replaced. The room we moved to was clean and tidy.
