Cost and location.
Spartan and they had an outside security light aimed at my window so it was bright outside all night long.

Not a lot of bell and whistles, but clean, minikitchen, comfortable bed.

The kitchen and set up made me feel right at home.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially at the rate I got it for. Priceline was amazing at helping me get this hotel at a steal price. The hotel had great amenities and was very spacious. The kitchen and set up made it very homey, not to mention the employees were super nice.

Staff was friendly, and loved having a kitchen.
No pool or breakfast.

The hotel is in a business area, but right across the street is a lovely park with a trail and playground. The rooms have a small kitchen, with full refrigerator, microwave and stove top. Beds were comfortable, and though maid service is not provided (except for long stays), we were quite satisfied with the hotel.

The front desk agent was friendly.
The room was very dated and dingy. There was a horrible patch job from a previous leak. Rust in the bottom of the bathtub. Not to my standards.

I will not stay at this.

Shabby public areas. Uncomfortable room with substandard housekeeping.

I have never stated in any Extended Stay property that would consider pleasant in any way. They are always uncomfortable and rarely clean.
