The convenience of having a small galley kitchen and a 24 hour Walgreen's and Denny's within walking distance.
Needed extra pillows, ice and dish washing soap.
This is an economy property. The swimming pool was crystal clean, but very small. Large laundry. No ice (which in Phoenix is a must), and I'm always nervous about using the dishes without having dish washing soap provided as well. The TV service does not include a full line of basic channels which was disappointing. In fact the TV service was poor. Internet is an additional $5. The room was comfortably sized, but there was no room to fit a cot for an extra person. There are no frills, but the price was right and if that's your priority, it's safe, clean, efficient, in a good location with the added option of doing some of your own cooking. You might want to bring along a DVD player though and be prepared to buy a large bag of ice for even one night. read more

Location. Walking distance to Old Scottsdale. On the Scottsdale free shuttle route. Good staff. Helped me quickly.
Rooms were
older and it shows.
This is a fine, clean place to stay: adequate facilities, kitchenette with microwave, sink, dishes, full-sized fridge, swimming pool, etc. Best points are location, great staff, and access to mass transit. Internet access is available for $5 per stay, not per night.

I loved the kitchenette and full sized refrigerator.
There was no pool.
The staff was courteous and very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was fully stocked with utensils and such to cook in if you didn't want to go out. Apparently I was in a smoking room, but I could only tell because 2 clean ashtrays were provided in the room- it had no lingering smoke odor. I was very impressed.

Loved the location.
No silverware/utinsels or salt and pepper shakers.
Good room. Not very big at all but perfect for our purpose!

Convenient location.
No sofa & no extension of time available.
Extremely disapointed in not being able to get an extention of 1 day when there were plenty of rooms available. Had to pack up & go else where. This is the 1st extended stay hotel I've stayed in that did not have a sofa for my guests to sit on.

Very friendly front desk person. Extremely helpful in giving directions.
The pool had rocks and beer caps in it.
If you need a clean bed and a place to stay for overnight travel. This motel/hotel fills those requirements.

The room was clean and modern.
This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to sleep at your hotel. It is a bit small if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room. It would still be great for one person!

I like having the little kitchen so I can do my own thing at any hour.
The air conditioner is noisy and close to the bed.
This was my third stay at this hotel, and it has been consistently clean, quiet and has a friendly, helpful staff. When I travel alone, I feel safe in this motel. It is very conveniently located for shopping and dining in downtown Scottsdale. A Walgreen’s next door makes it simple to stock the room with basics for breakfast or snacks.
