It was conveniently located to the activities to which we were committed for the weekend.

This hotel was great for a family traveling on a budget. We were attending a wedding and liked the iron/board to press wedding attire. It was a good homebase for all our local travels. Convenient to the airport.

Bed was nice.
Room always stops working alot.

I'm shocked the room I stayed in still has the same broken refrigerator in it.

Kitchen facilities.
Some equipments were not clean.

Great for single travelers and couples who want to live longer and don't want to spent too much on food, they can cook themselves.

I liked the fact that it's private. Nobody is going to be able to just show up at your door at the Hayes Mansion.

I
recommend to any one that is trying to get away for a few days.

Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff and overall great value.
For value I was happy with my experience so no complaints.

The hotel is nice with no frills. The floor had a room with washers, dryers and vending machines. Staff was courteous and efficient at checking.

The hotel was: close to the airport, quiet, & staff was friendly.
No complimentary breakfast.

This hotel was everything I hoped it would be. As a single traveler, I felt safe and I was able to get a good night's rest before an early flight.

Decent internet.
The TV was not programmed well when I moved in and I had to put in a maintainance request within my first ten minutes.

Every
TV in all of these extended stay hotels come standard way to dark. Both the contrast and the picture need to be turned up two notches each, with the master remote, in order to make the TV brightness exceptable. You should have the guy walk through every room and correct the problem: that both settings come standard in the middle which is way too low.

It is close to the public transportation and restaurants.
The hotel doesn't clean the room every day.

It is a nice building, the rooms are clean, quiet and secure also is close to the public transportation but I recommended the hotel clean, the room at least every two days.
