Rooftop below came right up to my room's balcony, a real security problem, especially for a woman traveling alone.

Free breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. There were a lot of nice looking "perks" and yet, oddly, a lot of little things were missing. For example, no conditioner among the free toiletries. The sheets felt like an oil slick, and the comforter was hideous to look at, feel, and sleep under. I used my own spare blanket instead. Big security problem in that there was a roof from the floor below right at my room's balcony and a poor lock on the sliding door. For that reason, I would not stay here again. read more

Night clerk was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Daytime clerk was unfriendly and seemed like I was an annoyance to him.

Hotel was conveniently located and very clean and suite was somewhat spacious.

Hotel check out staff did not know what he was doing-never got receipt.

Great overall, loved comfortable beds and flat screen TV's. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and lobby area was attractive. The room was also very clean. The decor was attractive and well coordinated and the layout of the room was well thought out.

The room was self contained and great for a get away for more than a few days.
The door was kind of difficult to open. Had to push hard to open. Needs a lubricant.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
