Would highly recommend hotel to couple looking for romantic getaway or a family vacation. Beautiful, spotless rooms, great pool areas, very friendly staff, abundant parking.

New, clean.
All entry is through the parking garage. No front desk on the ground floor.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. The hotel is currently very new, so the true test will come after a few years. Our room had a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and fully stocked with plates and silverware.

Second bedroom was not well ventilated, like a cave with poor lighting and uncontrolled heating and air cond. in secondary bedrooms.

Be very careful when you choose size of rooms. There are about 4 sizes for each 1,2, and 3 bedroom suites. Some are very small. The master bedrooms are very nice but the interior bedrooms leave a lot to be desired. Bring a reading light because you can't see in the bedrooms to read. The lighting is terrible.

I liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room.
I didn't like the opening time for the gym which is 8:00. Earlier is better for me.

Very nice hotel! Would definitely return for another stay.

This hotel is top notch in every aspect. This is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in the Myrtle Beach area. I'll be back!

The set up of the room was really great.
My room could had been cleaner!

The hotel didn't have a resturant inside of it so we had to go the hotel behind ours to eat. My room still had trash and ashes in the trash can and urine in the toilet with the seat up and when I called for someone to clean it it took them 5 hrs and a second phone call to get to it.

The beds were not the most comfortable.

Excellent service, nice location, quiet neighborhood right by the ocean. Staff was nice and helpful. Outdoor pool and jacuzzie was not working and the beds were not the most comfortable. Otherwise, I would recommend to use especially if traveling with children. Very quiet that is right by the beach!

The rooms were remodeled with new appliances in the kitchen and fixtures in the bathrooms.
The swimming pools were small.

We enjoyed a stay in the newly remodeled rooms. It was spacious and with a wonderful view. I can't wait to return. It's a great location close to stores and the beach. All with in walking distance! The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel room decor was very nice and had a very upscale feel.
The room lacked adequte lighting in the bedrooms and you could only access you room from certain elevators.

The hotel was very nice and clean. There were several small things that could have made our hotel stay a little nicer. The bedrooms were very dark. One lamp with a very low watt bulb. Also the only way that we could access our room was through one particular elevator. The hot tub was not very hot at all.
