The happy hour which was nightly and very social.
The furnishings are shabby around the pool. They need to upgrade the pool area furniture and it was dirty just taking a cleaning to them would help.
My shower head shot water in multi directions and my toilet ran from time to time. The food for breakfast is airline food. Need to cook scrambled eggs to order, and toast needs to be actually toasted. It is soggy. The beds are not comfortable kind of hard. The grounds do not show any attention to detail. I never saw anyone with a broom sweeping up incidentals. The cabana area was dirty. As I said before, the chairs were dirty and I mean really dirty where people put there hands. When swine flu is a concern you would think they would wipe the chairs down. But I suppose they don't make tips doing that, and the employees work for tips. This hotel could be a really great place if they put more effort into making it shine. The soap baskets in the bathrooms should be removed. There was mold growing in mine, which I poured hydrogen peroxide into. You should have seen the bubbles. Either replace the baskets more often or find something which you can wash more easily. The lounge chairs by the pool are sun faded and ugly. It is time to replace them. The air conditioners in the room do a poor job of cooling. I have stayed at this hotel before in a different room and had the same issue. All this being said, I like this hotel. I like the location. I liked the social hour in the evening and met some nice people from the UK. This hotel seems to be a magnet for foreign tours. read more

The suites were large, with separate bedroom.
We just didn't feel safe here. It was like staying in an apartment complex.

Hot breakfast was made to order. Grocery store near.
Noisy. Dated. Desk staff unhelpful.
2 TVs, but both rather small. Full sized fridge in kitchen. Lower floor hears a lot of foot traffic from above. Pretty sterile decor. Should not be called a resort - just a slightly better than average motel.

I liked that it had a kitchen.
I do not like the stench of cigarettes. It's a non-smoking establishment, yet it smells as soon as you open the door.

The rooms were clean.
The noise and location.
This hotel is a college student party hotel. You will not get any rest until 11:00 PM. Neighborhood is not safe.

Clean, convenient location, very nice staff.
Small bedroom with beds against walls made it very cramped.

Location.
Noise and smell.
Room stunk of smoke, even though it was a no-smoking room. A/C vent rattled so loudly, I had to turn off the A/C. Hair dryer smelled like it was on fire. Window didn't lock. Motorcycle roar started at 7:00 am in the parking lot. A miserable hotel experience.
