Bad beds and did not notify us about breakfast charges until after the food was offered.

Complementary breakfast situation was bate and switched after food was eaten. Very poor.

The bed ws very disappointing, old thin mattress, all the other hotels have gone to big new thick mattresses.

Getting decrepit - needs updating and repair.

This hotel used to be much nicer and more comfortable. It needs some serious repairing.
