Great view, right on the beach. Nice pool.
Great value. Clean room with a nice view of the ocean. This was our first time in Myrtle beach and hotel Blue was just what we expected it would be. Room had a full kitchen (a little cramped but usable)and the rest of the room was clean & comfortable. Not perfect or really fancy. Location was pretty good also.

It's was the best.
My shower cap kept breaking.
Blue Hotel was nice haven't stayed there and in about 5 years. My family use to stay there each year when it was called Tropical Winds so haven't really a lot changed but the pools, swim up bar and the hotel cafe. But overall it was worth it because
I enjoyed myself.

Quality hotel for a great price. Good location. Nice oceanfront rooms.
The lock to the balcony door was broke, but it didn't matter because our infant can't walk yet.
Good hotel, nice price, part of the pool is 6 inches so it was great for our 7 month old. Room was nice, no HD TV though, but who goes to the beach to watch TV anyway. Elevators worked fine. Staff was nice and helpful. I read some bad reviews on different sites, but my family had a wonderful time.

Location and price.
Not very family friendly, more focused on young adults.
The location and price were great. The room seemed smaller than the pictures presented it, but that was not a problem. Enjoyed the bar / pool, but would not have enjoyed it with smaller children.

The pool and area were nice.
The parking and staff.
They only provided 1 parking space per room. Our room had 3 beds which could have accomodated 6 people. We actually had 4 people 2 cars so clearly we needed more than 1 parking space. We had to pay metered parking for our other car. The staff did not direct us to where we could park our 2nd car and were unwilling to help in the situation. The room and area overall were satisfactory. Elevators were slow, even with 4 of them. read more
