Very clean and extremely friendly staff.
It is hard to find something that I did not like, but on a minor scale there are not may TV stations to select from.
Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff located in the theater district which is very convenient.

Very friendly and courteous hotel staff and valet.
Restaurant problem.
The hotel restaurant (Atwood Cafe) was not open for dinner at 5:30PM on a Friday. They told us to return at 6PM when they would be open. We came back at 6:10PM and were asked if we had a reservation. We did not. They said that they were all booked up until 7:45PM. (Never told us this, or of the reservation bookings earlier.) We ended up eating across the street at Macy's.

Gorgeous, historic building preserved and treasured.
For the architecture buff (Daniel Burnham!) and Art Institute visitor (walking distance to Millenium Park and museum.) Immaculate room, excellent amenities, professional staff with warmth and friendliness, and view of the lake from our room!

Excellent staff, room and location for the price.
When I arrived I was upgraded to a suite. The suite was clean, bright, roomy. Staff was very helpful in all my requests including recommendations for dinner.

Perfect location for the Chicago Marathon.
No microwave and small fridge.
We enjoyed our visit and staying at this hotel. Our room had the perfect view for the Chicago Marathon which was the reason we were there. The complimentary wine tasting at the lobby was great. The restaurant was packed with people most of the time, but we didn't get to eat there since we spent most of the time visiting places in the city.
