The pool was the best, very shallow to very deep and clean, not a ton of chlorine.
Restaurant could be a little more intimate, bathrooms updated.
Clean, friendly, one floor staying - nice to have a fan in the bathroom!

Free late checkout was awesome.
Halls had a slight mild smell.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice with both a 9ft. end to swim in and a 2' end for kids. The staff helped with directions as well as, were accommodating when we had asked to checkout later. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay because of the pool and the adjoining rooms.
The beds were a little on the uncomfortable side.

Beautiful lobby and restaurant.
The AC was loud and the rooms didn't smell fresh.
Minus: Uncomfortable rooms with a musty smell and loud outdated AC unit. Entrance to rooms separate from lobby entrance in a creepy locale. Plus: Friendly staff, beautiful restaurant and lobby.

Pool.
Cleanliness and accommodating.
When we went to the hotel they did not have any adjoining rooms. When I pulled my sheets down for the first night, there was dried stain on the sheets. I called down stairs to ask for clean sheets and it took them 20 min to get them to me. When the housekeeper showed up she said that she could not make the bed due to, back problems. I had to make me own bed! I was not satisfied with this hotel and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! read more

The hotel security was great because often travel with my kids w/o my husband and am always concerned about the security.
The room was missing the desk in the room, so I didn't have the space to set up my laptop.
I was really surprised at level of cleanliness of the overall hotel, customer service the personnel exhibited, and level of security at the facility. The facility is family oriented and the kids can find something to entertain themselves- the indoor pool, fitness center, or the billiard.

The AC worked well and the staff was very helpful.
The hotel had an old/antique/mildew like odor in the hallways.

Breakfast was pretty good.
I actually looked for bedbugs. Didn't find any.
My husband told me I should stick with a chain like Holiday Inn, since there are standards with which they must comply. I told him that I saw pictures and thought this the best choice. He was right and now we have a running joke. I guess there's always an upside where there's humor.

Liked that there was a good restaurant at the hotel. Had a nice indoor pool.
The bathroom was clean but is in need of updating. They did not offer free breakfast like many others do.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel because we were at Track and Field States at Shippensburg. Although the hotel was 25 miles away, it was convenient. The hotel was clean, had a nice lobby and has a restaurant off of the lobby. There is also a lounge. We had a king nonsmoking business class room. The room was large with a fridge and microwave and a desk area. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Although the bathroom was clean, it is in need of updating. This hotel was good for us and if we were in Carlisle again, we would stay here. read more

Very large clean room.
Depressing setting surrounded by trucks.
The room was fine-spacious and clean-but the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and the motel was ringed by trucks.
