Great decor, good location, nice view from large windows in room.
We had to pay more to get a Queen or King bed.

The first hotel Hilton was very nice and we would have like to stay there another night but there was a miscommunication (not sure my error or not) but was not able to stay for two nights and had to find another place for our second night stay. Was not happy that we had to pay for parking in order to stay at the hotel. Have not done so before.

Convenient access to freeway.
The room smelled! Had to buy candles.
This hotel is not a 3.5 star hotel. Small room that smelled. Rubber maid storage bins in closet for a dresser, hotel ran out of hot water on Saturday morning. Had to get maintenance to figure out TV/DVD player.

The security methods, the beds and that I could open a window for fresh air at night.
The plug for a hair dryer/shaver did not work in the bathroom.
The room was stylish and very comfortable and the security measures were impressive, yet subtle. The bed was totally luxurious; a great night's sleep awaits you.

Had to order the coffee maker and pay extra for microwave and fridge.
We liked the room and the service. When we stayed there before we did not have to pay for parking and also had a free breakfast.

The decor was fun. The place felt clean.
There was no lock on the bathroom door. No shampoo or Conditioner provided.
Wouldn't stay here again. Thirty dollars to upgrade. There wasn't even shampoo or conditioner.

The staff at the front desk were nice.
The bed was barely a double. It was soft and saggy in the middle. The room was TINY. The hotel was loud (full of drunk people in bar).

Spacious rooms, nicely decorated, employees were wonderful, and great views.
It was a touch snooty. Not the greatest place for three noisy little ones.
