The staff were personable, efficient, and accomodating
Street noise was high.

The hotel is clean, convenient and cozy, but not cheap. However, you can make up for cost by using the readily available public transit and rail systems. Many restaurants and shops are easily found by a short walk. Our stay was delightful.
