It was clean.
The hotel manager was not cordial.

We also did not like having to share the shower and bathroom with other guests.

When we complained about the room, they allowed us to switch rooms.

They do not have private toilets and showers. You must share with rest of the floor. There is also no elevator. If this is the only room/cheapest room you can find, go for it. Otherwise go somewhere else.
