I was very pleased with the location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped with directions and printed me a copy. Very good breakfast bar. I would stay again.

Hotel staff upgraded us to an upper floor suite.

This is a renovated older property with great contemporary design. Conveniently located to one of the country's Top restaurants, the Highland Grill, and easy access to the University Hospital and downtown.

The maid and the night clerk were nice.
Sometimes the desk staff were not all that friendly, during the day, not at night.

The hotel was okay. I was cold in the room and I liked the breakfast place. It was really nice.

Nice older hotel with a newly renovated retro look.
Very close quarters in Public areas of hotel (not rooms).

Great hotel with access to Five Points in Birminham. A lot of dinning and entertainment within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything you need is within walking distance.

Older hotel but has been remodeled with a very modern look. Rooms are attactive. Window view of the city is nice.
