Cleanliness, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, great room, excellent service, super friendly staff.
The restaurant was very expensive.

Every thing was ready for when we arrived and we especially enjoyed the comfort of the room. Great lounging chairs to enjoy watching television without having to sit in our beds. Wonderful transfer service to and from the convention center.

I loved everything about this hotel. It had everything that a great hotel should have.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and historic. Everyone one in staff was courteous and helpful.

Staff is extremely pleasant and attentive.

Very pleasant boutique hotel. Excellent customer service and friendly staff ensure guest's requirements are met. Hotel houses a first class restaurant which is great for business travelers but would not be good for people with young families.

The old style fixtures and large bathroom.
Unless you purchase water from the mini bar for $5 or from the bar for $10. Your only choice is sink water. The only parking available is $27.00

The decor was beautiful and the shower was great!
When people say parking is expensive at Hotel Icon, they are not lying it, way overpriced!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Icon until it was time to check out. There was only one person at the desk and in the end I have 2 charges to my account that should not be there. Beautiful Hotel, but just a warning that parking is expensive and the staff are slow.
